A fitted kitchenette

What could be better than good berry pancakes to start the day off right?
Ingredients :
- 250g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 30g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 60g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30cl of milk
- 1 case of vanilla flavoring
Recipe :
- Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar and make a well in the centre.
- To melt the butter.
- Add the butter and eggs to the well and mix.
- Add the milk and vanilla flavoring and mix well with a whisk
- Leave the dough to rest for at least an hour
- Oil a frying pan and cook small circles of dough
- Once cooked, place the red fruits on the pancakes
A tangy lunch
Savor an excellent salad facing the view with a spicy vinaigrette made with a little lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a shallot, salt and pepper
